CSF Employee Match-Making

Christopher Street Financial has been giving back to the LGBTQ+ community since the 1980s, beginning shortly after the company’s formation in 1981. You can read more about our giving history here. In addition to the strategic partnerships that CSF forms with the organizations that we support, we also created an opportunity for our employees to give back to organizations that are near and dear to their own individual hearts. We do that through an annual 10:1 Employee Match.  

Over 30 organizations have received personal contributions from our employees that have been matched by CSF.
